Refund Policy
Last updated: July 30, 2026
We want you to feel good about every purchase. Because our products are instant digital downloads, refund requests are handled a little differently than physical goods — here's exactly how it works.
1. 30-day satisfaction window
If a template genuinely isn't a fit for your business, email us within 30 days of purchase and tell us why. We'll either help you get it working for your use case or refund you in full — no lengthy back-and-forth required.
2. What isn't covered
- Requests made more than 30 days after purchase.
- Cases where the download link was used to access and save the files and the refund request appears to be solely to obtain the content for free.
- Change-of-mind requests after the product has already been fully customized and put into active use for an extended period.
We evaluate these in good faith on a case-by-case basis — if in doubt, just email us and explain your situation.
3. How to request a refund
Email laytondan34@gmail.com with the email address you used at checkout and the name of the product you purchased. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
4. Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method via Stripe. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we process it on our end.
5. Expired download links
Download links expire 7 days after purchase for security reasons — this is not grounds for a refund on its own. If your link has expired and you still want the file, just email us and we'll reissue a fresh link right away, free of charge.
6. Questions
If anything above is unclear, or your situation doesn't quite fit these categories, reach out at laytondan34@gmail.com — we'd rather have a quick conversation than lose you as a customer over a policy technicality.
