Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of digital templates and toolkits sold by Dalea Digital Templates ("Dalea," "we," "us," or "our") through this website. By purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.

1. What you're buying

Every product listed on this site is a digital download — a zip file containing documents, spreadsheets, slide decks, and/or prompt libraries as described on the product's listing page. Nothing physical is shipped, and no product includes ongoing software, hosting, or a subscription service unless explicitly stated.

2. License to use

When you purchase a template, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Use, edit, and customize the template for your own business or your clients' businesses.
• Use the template on an unlimited number of internal projects for the business that made the purchase.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the raw template files as your own downloadable product.
• Claim authorship of the underlying template design or prompt library itself.
• Upload the unmodified files to a public template marketplace or free resource site.

3. Payment

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Prices are listed in US dollars and charged once at checkout — there are no recurring charges for any product on this site.

4. Delivery

After a successful payment, you'll be redirected to a confirmation page with an immediate download link, and we'll also send a receipt to the email address you provide at checkout. Download links remain active for 7 days from purchase. If your link expires before you've downloaded your file, contact us and we'll reissue it at no charge.

6. No warranty

Templates and prompt libraries are provided "as is." While we build every product to be genuinely useful out of the box, results from using a template (e.g. engagement, sales, or AI output quality) will vary based on your business, your customers, and how you customize and apply the material. We don't guarantee specific business outcomes.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of purchased products after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
